I don't have an account. How do I register?
To access the Magaldi portal you must request your authentication credentials. You can do it in two ways:
- Clicking on the Account icon at the top of the website
- Clicking on Request access in the section Don't have an account? on the home page.
How can I access the page relating to my plant(s)?
In the Magaldi e-commerce portal you will find various access points to enter the page relating to your plant(s):
- Clicking on the Account icon at the top of the website;
- Clicking on Access my plants in the menu;
- Clicking on Login in the Magaldi Portal section on the home page;
- Clicking on Login in the section Are you already registered? on the home page.
How to request a quote?
To request a quote, you must access your reserved area and go to the My plants section. You can choose the plant and the equipment you are interested in and select the spare parts you need, requesting a new quotation.
How to place a new order?
To proceed with a new order, you must access your reserved area and go to the My plants section. You can choose the plant and the equipment you are interested in and select the spare parts you need by placing a new order.
Can I have a history of the data and documents relating to the installed equipment?
Yes, if you have a Magaldi machine installed in your plant, you can access this portal and view data and documents, have a complete history of the service activities carried out, request after-sales services to keep your machines at peak performance, find and pay your spare parts in a few clicks.
